ScotRail adds new Ayrshire Sunday services

ScotRail has announced a range of timetable changes which will come into effect from Sunday, May 17, including additional weekend services affecting Ayrshire routes.

Among the updates is a new Sunday evening return service between Glasgow Central and Kilmarnock, alongside an additional 8.15am Sunday train from Ayr to Glasgow Central.

ScotRail says the changes are designed to meet growing demand for leisure travel and provide customers with greater flexibility at weekends.

ScotRail has advised customers to check journeys in advance as some train times may change.
