Auchenharvie Amateur Swimming Club is paying tribute to long-serving president Roseann McLean as she steps down after 45 years of volunteering.
Roseann, now 81, first became involved with the club when her son David joined to learn to swim.
Over the decades she took on a variety of roles, helping at galas, supporting coaching sessions, serving on the committee and spending the last 20 years as club president.
Her final evening with the club will be Wednesday, June 17, before the summer holiday break.
Club members have praised her dedication, leadership and commitment to generations of swimmers, with many describing her as the heart of the swimming club.
