Ayr Sheriff Court hears case of Patna motorcyclist breach

A Patna man has appeared again at Ayr Sheriff Court after being caught riding a motorbike while drunk and disqualified. Scott Hainey returned to court following the offence, having previously avoided a custodial sentence for a serious incident.
The case was heard at Ayr Sheriff Court, with the latest offence representing a breach of driving laws. Proceedings form part of ongoing legal action involving the accused.
