Ayrshire Housing launches ‘Building Brilliance’ strategy

Ayrshire Housing has launched a new “building brilliance” strategy aimed at strengthening its workplace culture and positioning itself as a leading employer in the sector.

Chief Executive Lesley-Anne Junner said the initiative will focus on people and development, with support from People and Culture Manager Lisa Quinn. The strategy is designed to attract and retain talent while improving the overall working environment across the organisation.
