NHS Ayrshire and Arran texts patients over long waiting lists

NHS Ayrshire and Arran is asking patients to keep an eye on their phones for an important message.
Texts will start landing from Monday, April 20 for anyone waiting more than 26 weeks for treatment.
You’ll be asked to confirm if you still need your appointment – so don’t ignore it.
