North Ayrshire roads ranking improves with new investment

North Ayrshire’s roads network has seen a significant improvement in national rankings following recent investment. The area is now ranked 10th out of 32 local authorities in Scotland for road conditions.

Council leaders say continued funding, including the newly approved £8.3 million programme, will help maintain and further improve infrastructure. The upgrades are expected to benefit both residents and businesses across towns including Irvine and Kilwinning.
