Robbie Dickie Fund relaunched
Evan Warrander
A grant scheme supporting young people affected by multiple sclerosis is being relaunched in memory of an Ayr teenager
The Robbie Dickie Fund was established after his death in 2011 and honours both Robbie and mother Helen, who died from complications related to MS in 2006.
The fund grew from fundraising efforts by family and friends and is now managed in partnership with the MS Society and the Ayrshire and Arran Local Group.
The scheme supports people under 30 living in Ayrshire and Arran who either have MS or care for someone who does. Grants can help with personal development, education, employment opportunities and wellbeing.
