Sir David Attenborough celebrates 100th birthday

Celebrations are underway for Sir David Attenborough as he turns 100 today, Friday May 8.
A special live event at the Royal Albert Hall will be broadcast on BBC One, featuring music and moments from his career.
Attenborough, who recently filmed an oceans documentary in Ayrshire using Arran Outdoor Learning Centre, said he was overwhelmed by the messages received on this milestone.
